I'm having a hard time finding MSP available for sale with at least $1M EBITDA. There are many under $600K, but looking for larger. Any ideas? I have tried direct contact as well as working through brokers

Hey Larry, we can definitely help you out here. We see a lot of IT MSP opps between the 1-2mm EBITDA range that are too small for our PE partners and don't really have a home. If you'd like to take a look at opps like this, feel free to DM
