ISO M&A Attorney with Federal Contractor Experience

Hi Everyone,

We need an attorney who has experience with completing Federal contractor deals.

We are looking to acquire a federal contractor that has several set-asides. Example, minority-owned business, veteran-owned business, disabled veteran-owned business, etc…

We realize some of the restrictions associated with an acquisition of this nature. Were looking for guidance and advice on how to structure the deal.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
