Hi Glen. I'm up in Healdsburg. I don't do IDGTs but know some estate planning/tax and family-office-type counsel in the area. It will depend on the value of the assets you're looking to place in trust and whether this is part of a larger plan or just treatment for a single deal. Also - what's your timeline for closing? Typically you'd sell into the trust after acquisition but before material growth so you should have some flexibility on the timing. Feel free to DM.
