I'm a newcomer to the search community hoping to crowdsource insights around vertical SaaS in areas attractive to searchers.

1. Is there something in your software suite that's lacking (existing solution is too generic or expensive)? If so, would love to pick your brain.
2. Are there any consolidating industries you think could benefit from being more tech enabled or from having industry-specific enterprise software (i.e. ERP for pest-control)?
