I'm currently working on a short book about the searching and buying process. This is not a technical book, so I won't break down how to analyze a P&L or value a company. However, I aim to cover the major steps, milestones, and roadblocks that searchers need to be prepared for.

The learning curve is tough is you have no deal experience. There is a lot to learn, especially if you need to educate your seller
