Is there a database that lists all the M&A shops by state?

Objective: I want to ensure that I'm seeing all the deals in my home state of Georgia. If there's a better route to achieve this, I'm willing to listen. I assume that most deals between $3M & $10M in EV are posted to BizBuySell, but I'm not sure that's the case.

Thanks

Kumo (withkumo.com) is our deal aggregator that combines businesses listed for sale from thousands of brokers and top marketplaces into one platform. Currently we have more than 120,000+ deals on Kumo, and you can filter by each state (looks like we currently have 2500+ deals with a Georgia location right now.)

A lot of people mistakenly assume that BizBuySell has the majority of the publicly listed deals out there, but they actually only represent 35% of our site aggregation.

I'm not sure that's the case with BizBuySell. Regardless, some more seasoned and experienced brokers may list across your target EV range. Developing Broker relationships concurrently with M&A Firms is a good approach. Both will bring you deals once they get a feel for your criteria and capacity. The scale and complexity of the deal matters as that will drive the preferred client profile for Brokers and M&A Advisors. But your value creation thesis matters as well. If you want to do a roll-up, you may need to pull in multiple brokers and a M&A Advisor. My two cents. Best of luck.
