I am currently working on a >$24MM deal and am looking for a $3.5MM equity bridge for###-###-#### days (would be less). The bridge could be collateralized by the equity portion of a cash-flowing commercial real estate worth $20MM (equity portion is $5MM; appraisal of the property is available).
