Is Location even important?
It’s amazing to see such a vibrant community of experienced Searchers, Investors and Lenders here however for those who are new entrants in the ETA space, I’d love to get some insight from the experts.
For a new Searcher, how important is being local to your first deal? There’s a lot of content out there that says you don’t need to be in the same city/state and you should work on the business and not in the business which also indicates location agnosticism.
I would especially love feedback from those who have already acquired a business and have some experience to draw upon.
