Agreed with Mr. DiPerri! From what I'm learning delegation is important to grow and if the business owner is already a semi absentee, then he probably has people running it for him and you can keep doing that and maybe delegate more!

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it's a small business. I've had experience with this, and I will say it's very hard. Usually small businesses have tight budgets and limited resources making it tough to build the infrastructure you need. Plus, you have to rely on lean organization structure which means you need good help. This is probably the biggest challenge. I don't know all the details, but I think there is a good chance yo would be setting yourself up for failure. Sometimes in the EtA space, people look at everything as just numbers. They forget that you have to operate the business, which is by far the most difficult part of the process. There are tons of deals out there. Choosing the wrong one is the worst case scenario. It never hurts to pass because there will be plenty of other options coming.
