Is ETA possible for disabled veterans?

Hi all. 

I've been on here a long time and followed a lot of great posts and conversations. I wonder, though, if anyone thinks it would be a good idea for a brain-function-disabled veteran to either start or buy a business. The idea of financial freedom and desire are there, but memory and concentration are lacking. At the risk of sounding negative, perhaps giving up on this particular goal is warranted in favor of something else that lends itself to such disabilities? 

I'd love to hear what you all think.

Zach - it’s great to have that level of self-awareness and humility. I think both of those are critical qualities in a searcher. It would likely be well worth your time to consider specifically looking at Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB’s). There’s a niche market of these that come up for sale and you would be well positioned and qualified as a potential buyer. The actual operation would rely on systems and processes, as well as building a great complementary team - things that aren’t foreign to you as a former JTAC. Might be worth your while to check out sbLiftoff as a potential source for SDVOSBs coming to market. Best of luck!
