I have a PPE company of which one of our sectors is direct to nursing home/senior care distributors -- we actually have the company on the market now if that interests but what I have definitely learned from selling to the distributors is that there are significant opportunities to drive efficiency. Many don't have procurement people and the sales happen directly with senior management which tells me there is definitely an opportunity for positive gains just on the procurement side with a small scale rollup. Obviously this is a narrow view but figured I'd mention it.
