Is anyone seeking operational support?

Hi all, I’m looking to connect and partner with other searchers or investment groups seeking an energetic, talented, and considerate operating partner / COO / CEO for their funds, portfolio companies, or an individual deal.

Ideally, I’m looking to learn from an individual or team with deal making experience and participate through a full cycle from due diligence to exit.

I have operational expertise in lower mid market aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing (led the evolution from ISO 9001 to AS9100D), an extensive background in financial markets, and deep IT capability for the SMB space.

More importantly, I bring an attitude of servant leadership to the role, and prioritize employee development and systems building for profitable, scalable, and repeatable growth.

I am industry agnostic, with a location preference of CA, NY, mid Atlantic, or southern FL, but willing to explore any geography outside the midwest for the right opportunity. I’m currently based in NorCal. Open to a variety of structures, roles, and responsibilities.
