Real estate is part of the Generational wealth model for sure. We have been in the highest valued real estate market ever for a long-time but seems like it's starting to crack along with everything else.

The best thing about Real Estate is that the funding is much easier to obtain. We offer clients funding options with bank statement loans, P&L loans and DSCR loans only based on rental income and no Employment, income, Tax returns, W2's or Paystubs Required. Working now on a LOC from 100k to up to $20 mm but typically $1 MM. Fix and flip with 100% financing. As you can see, there is alot and there future is probably getting brighter in the space.

Because of what we believe for the RE market, we are even looking at building out a Deal Flow program for RE investors.

There is also a huge community in the REI space with tons of information. However, with that comes more competition.

I advise people to do what fits them. In the end, Real estate is a lower barrier to entry though.

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌ , I’m interested in solid businesses with (affordable) real estate assets where can leverage the longer SBA 504 program and separate the real estate into own entity and lease back to business letting it pay down the loan so there is good equity when time to sell. Otherwise, I’d use other options for standard buy/hold RE or multi family or even flips.
