Is anyone else struggling to find good employees to answer inbound calls?

I recently acquired a business that has struggled to hire and retain receptionists. I’m now in a situation where my technical, revenue generating staff or myself are answering inbound calls.
Has anyone else run into this problem or, better yet, solved it?
