EF is mostly ECommerce/FBA and on the smaller size. However, unlike Acquire the businesses are vetted and there is some truth to the advertised numbers.

I found my first acquisition target (deal closed Dec'23) on Acquire.com. I was looking at other listing sites at the same time and didn't see the same deal in other places, so I think the price of access was worth it for me. I did not use their documents or escrow services (I hired my own counsel and engaged an outside escrow service) so can't comment on the value of those.
