We are exploring beauty and dermatology clinics recently and found these businesses relatively interesting with high margin, low customer churn, and the customers tend to spend more and more over time (as they get older). However, the potential downside is the business would require a decent amount of capital to scale up and the revenue is not contractually recurring.
