Investors needed for permanent hold accounting firm roll up

Good Morning Searchfunder community! I acquired my current accounting firm back in April###-###-#### I'm now under LOI on my next firm to expand our services from accounting only to also include tax. I am a long term/permanent hold investor. The deal I currently have under LOI includes a seller's note with interest only payments during the first 3 years that will allow me to return investor's equity early in addition to paying their pref. This should allow me to provide a competitive IRR over the long term hold. Looking for investors interested in being around for multiple deals as the plan is to max out the SBA limit over the next few years through additional acquisitions.
