Currently working on a deal that if proofs out, will need a small equity injection of ~ $1.25M
C-suite plans to stay on. Last year R ~$20M, EBITDA ~$4M
Debt financing would be ~75-80%

Looking for investors willing to work with me on future deals and if this particular deal does not work out
