Are there Investors here currently considering backing smaller EV deals? 

Stable & simple businesses, with long profitable histories, & moderate growth prospects (double EBITDA in 5 yrs, from FCF). Traditional return expectations (30+% IRR, no LP PG, etc.) could be built into capital & options structure.
