Investor Relations Associate

Sector: Private Equity & Venture Capital Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Seniority Level: Junior Level About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Investor Relations Executive to serve as a key point of contact for our Limited Partners and play a vital role in our firm’s growth. This position is designed for a strategic communicator with a deep understanding of the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) landscapes. You will be responsible for managing investor communications, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring our investors remain informed and engaged with our portfolio’s performance. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary liaison for existing and prospective investors, managing inquiries and providing high-quality reporting on fund performance. * Assist in preparing marketing materials, including pitch decks, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). * Coordinate distribution of quarterly letters, capital call notices, and annual reports, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with the firm’s strategy. * Maintain and update investor databases to track engagement. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the PE/VC ecosystem to provide insights to leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. * 1+ years in Investor Relations, Business Development, or Placement Agent roles within Private Equity or Venture Capital. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel; experience with investor portals is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. * High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
