Investor looking to partner

I have about $500k cash that I'd like to put into buying a new business. I have 20 years of experience in business (digital marketing). I also have experience investing in apartment buildings.

I don't plan to be a silent partner. I'm ready to get to work. The reason I'm looking to partner with someone is to be able to find a better deal than the one I could find myself. And also share some of the risk.

The ideal partner for me would be:

- Young and hungry
- Have some skin in the game
- Located in the West Coast preferably
