Investor Deal Structure Question

Search Community,

I've got a e-commerce business under contract: 1 y/o, $500k EBITDA, 35% net margin, explosive growth. Under contract for 3x.

Are there HNW investors out there that will fund these types of deals purely for a preferred return (no equity). If so, what is market rate for a structure/business like this? Any responses are appreciated!
