Investor Commitment Letters - Self Funded Search

Does anyone have templates for investor commitment letters for a self funded search? I'm finding many brokers getting so many CIM requests that they're asking for more confirmation on funding. (Which I completely understand) Thanks all!

Talk to Brad Hettich at Commercial Lending X he can prepare a support letter for SBA deals. For larger deals have a family office or one of your expected institutional capital partners to provide support letter.
