Investment opportunity in UK HVAC buy and build

Hello all,
I recently (30th Nov) completed my first acquisition in the planned buy and build. I have 2 additional businesses at HoTs and early DD phase. I have an opportunity for investors to invest alongside myself and others - will probably have in the region of £200k equity gap for these but then further opportunity for the next. We have 27 deals in discussion so a very strong pipeline. At this stage (when completing the 2nd and 3rd) I will also be looking at strengthening the board with further senior industry expertise if you know of potential candidates. Thanks all

Sam, congrats on the deal, and I’m sure you’ll have great success on the buy and build. Wanted to ask, though, what do you focus on integrating/homogenising in an acquisition before you go on for the next one? These are different companies with their own idiosyncrasies…you can’t buy 7 at a time and put them all in the pot together…
