I am Founder of an investment intelligence platform for the alternative investments sector. Looking to do an acquisition in a complementary business. Owner retiring due to age and looking to sell to someone who understands the business and run it independently and continue their legacy. I am close to finalizing exclusivity based on my LOI and need equity and acquisition finance to close the deal.
