Investment Associate - MBA Intern

Thesis Capital is a private equity group backing a cohort of searchers looking for businesses to acquire in the $10M - $50M range. We are looking for 1 Investment Associate - MBA Intern with interests in private equity or venture capital to manage our analyst interns and aid the research, outreach, selection and ultimate acquisition of a target business. Through this internship, participants will learn: How to research an industry and sector for investment suitability How to generate high-quality deal flow Communicating with high-level business executives Business financial statement analysis Pitching a business as an investment Intern responsibilities will include: Industry/sector research and analysis (30% of time) Managing outreach effort to brokers and business owners by analyst interns (60% of time) Deal analysis to make sure the target company meets our acquisition criteria (10% of time) Our ideal intern would have: An interest in private equity or venture capital Strong quantitative and analysis skills A high level of proficiency in Excel Great communication skills An eye for detail A lot of self-drive and motivation Please apply via the this form: https://forms.gle/WGZAVRz9d3bsANfS9
