Investment Associate Internship - Part Time (Spring 2026)

Looking for a few interns to work with me and a couple of partners on assessing high-quality businesses and industries for acquisition. We have already acquired one franchise business and are looking to acquire more. Interns will have the opportunity to work on the full private equity lifecycle from finding an opportunity to deal diligence, as well as select opportunities to support operations within our existing business. The exact details are in the attached. Expect the internship to be part-time (~5-10 hours / week starting in Jan) allowing for a good bit of flexibility. As a freshman, when I first read the qualifications I was disappointed that I didn't match the criteria. I was disappointed because before reaching that point every detail about this opportunity excited me.
