Hey Y'all! Are there any cases where a searcher will bring on an investor / capital partner who also can offer practical value to the business?
What would that structure look like?
In my case, I am a digital marketing and ads strategist in my current position. I would be interested in finding acquisitions where I could lend not only a capital contribution, but also my expertise and execution in growing businesses via these channels.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of investor/partner relationship?
