I am a private equity professional that has been involved in 20+ transactions comprising over $300 million of invested capital over the last 15 years. Portfolio companies ranged in size from $1 million to over $40 million of EBITDA in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and business services segments. In addition, I've been involved in many exit processes with buyers ranging from large private equity firms to public companies.

I have significant expertise in sourcing acquisition opportunities, facilitating due diligence, raising capital, and negotiating transaction documents. As an active board member of portfolio companies, I have helped management teams with strategy development as well as growth opportunities both organically and through acquisition.

I was born and raised in Michigan, and am a graduate of the University of Michigan.
