Hi everyone - I’m Randall. I’ve spent the last 20+ years leading teams and running mission-critical systems at Indiana University, including large-scale academic and enterprise platforms used across multiple campuses. Over the years I’ve managed engineering teams, coordinated multi-million-dollar initiatives, and handled a lot of the operational responsibilities that keep complex systems moving without drama. I’m now transitioning into buying and operating a small or mid-sized business here in the Midwest. I’m especially interested in industries where steady leadership, process improvement, and day-to-day operational discipline really matter. I’m also open to connecting with an SBA-qualified co-buyer or financial partner who’s interested in a structure where I run the business and they take a more silent or passive role.
