Introducing Three Zero Growth (Independent Search) - Blair Kessler

Hi folks - Blair Kessler, founder of Three Zero Growth here. I'm an independent searcher based in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, Wisconsin, focused on acquiring and personally leading one enduring founder-owned business in the Midwest. A little about my background: I started my career on the back of a garbage truck in Janesville, Wisconsin, worked my way through Northwestern and Kellogg, spent several years as an Associate Partner at McKinsey, and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at GoHealth, a publicly traded healthcare marketplace. I'm a Wisconsin native, a former college athlete, and someone who has always been more energized by building and running things than advising on them from the outside. What I'm looking for: lower-middle-market services businesses with $0.5M–$5M in EBITDA and a founder ready for a thoughtful succession. Primary focus on senior & aging-in-place services, insurance & healthcare services, and B2B services across the Midwest. Few months in and focused on active outreach, building broker and intermediary relationships across Wisconsin and the broader Midwest, and stress-testing adjacent sectors given headwinds in my primary thesis.
