I'm Blake. Back in 2022, I started searching to buy a business in Colorado and couldn't land the plane despite multiple LOIs. I know this is many people's story. As you set up your buyer profile, each deal you look at is assessed against who you are as a buyer, your funding structure, and buy box (geography, size, and industry). - Personalized Deal Scoring. Drag and drop any deal documents and it will assess the business, provide a score that's tailored to who you are, and begins highlighting due diligence items you should follow up on. This spans between financial metrics, operational callouts, risks & diligence items, and notes that stay connected to your deal's context. - It's NDA Compliant. All AI Tools run through a filter that ensures that no business information is stored for training on any company's models. So, no NDA contract are breached, and we also provide an NDA Addendum, in case your broker needs one. We also strictly use American models from American companies stored on American servers - just in case. - The Deal Agent. You'll have access to an agent with full context on you, your buyer profile, financing structure, the deal you're looking at, and a deal logic engine trained on dozens of hours of feedback from real humans reviewing deals. - The Podcast Library. After some technical magic, I've managed to put 1,705 ETA/SMB episodes from many sources into a database you can reference against. Looking at a home healthcare company? Just ask and it will provide a snippet from a podcast, the insight you asked about, and a link to the episode. And please, please go back to the source and listen to the episode. Creators like ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌ have invested thousands of hours in creating free, publicly available content just for you. We're only here to help aggregate it and point you towards the source of truth. So, again, please go check it out directly. There are a bunch of other features being worked on like a 1-click export, pre-populated, accurate financial model for you to edit and take to your lender/investors. The other I'm excited about is a Main Street data marketplace that gives you insights down to the P&L and operating level detail (anonymized of course).
