I've recently formed Operator Capital, an operator-led acquisition company dedicated to acquiring and growing small businesses in Queensland. We partner with investors who share our long-term vision to co-invest in the companies that we will run.

We're looking for deals in the $0.7-2m EBITDA range. Our focus is on businesses in essential services, niche industrials/manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and B2B service businesses. However, given the geo constraint, we are open to any business with the right fundamentals.

We're keen to connect with investors looking to partner with seasoned operators, business owners looking to sell (or their reps), and fellow searchers - especially those locally on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
