Introducing Pelorus

Hi everyone, I've been active in the comments of a few threads over the last week but figured it would be helpful to formally introduce myself. I’m the founder of Pelorus, a platform built to make diligence move at deal speed. Before Pelorus, I co-founded Ampla, a Fintech lending platform backed by Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and various other Credit Funds. Over those 7 years, we deployed over $2 billion in SMB financing to companies doing anywhere from $1m - $200m in revenue. During this time, I saw firsthand how difficult and costly diligence can be for SMBs. After selling Ampla earlier this year, I set out to build something faster, smarter, and cheaper for the ETA world. Our flagship product, Pelorus Diligence Edge, delivers investor-ready financial and operational analysis in days, not weeks. We give searchers and investors a clearer, more complete picture of a company before and after LOI. Based in NYC, we’re working with both searchers to bring data-driven clarity to SMB transactions.
