Good evening search fund community,

My name is Ryan Croft, and I recently transitioned from COO to the board at my company, TransitScreen. In addition to Entrepreneur in Residence at Georgetown University, I'm searching for a small business to acquire with my wife. My wife has 15 years experience in corporate finance and accounting. We have a strong working relationships, strong business networks, and a shared passion for building strong teams and companies with sound financials.

Before we launch our self-funded search in April, we’re looking to connect with investors and SBA lenders who complement our skill sets and would be interested in seeing deals once our sourcing is complete.

I invite potential partners to direct message me.

Fellow searchers – please feel free to reach out. I’m always interested in meeting new people.

Thanks Steve Ressler for introducing me to this group.

Welcome Ryan! And I thought DC tech was small, but I guess it's bigger than I thought; sorry we haven't met sooner. :)

My background: was co-founder/COO at Contactually (SaaS CRM for Realtors) and based in DC. Sold to Compass in###-###-#### Now I'm managing a small vacation rental investment fund.

I'm pretty active in the self-funded search world and have invested in several deals recently -- with plans to do several more this year. I'd love to chat!

Book time at calendly.com/cappaert?

Hey Ryan - looks like we both found our way to this life and time in venture and transportation. When I left Transdev I started an independent sponsor and have done 4 deals since, happy to reconnect and look at investing in your deals. redacted
