Intro - equity funding along with diligence / deal execution

Just joined – Looking forward to connecting and assisting members with their diligence, deal execution needs, and equity funding. Most of my career has been spent in transaction advisory with a focus on financial due diligence. I have personally invested in several small businesses throughout my career and have always thoroughly enjoyed this. I recently left the partnership of an accounting firm to more closely assist entrepreneurs in acquiring small businesses.
