INTRO: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, LOOKING FOR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

My name is Jeff Stark, and I currently work for IHOP as a Digital Media Manager, I manage projects and creative as it pertains to our brand website, owned social media channels, SEO strategy, email and CRM, and our mobile app. I'm doing well in my career, but looking to prioritize a new investment track that focuses on acquiring multi-family and commercial real estate properties. I am also more recently learning about acquiring businesses. My ultimate goal is to replace my W2 income completely with cashflowing real estate, and small businesses. I should also mention that my girlfriend is an entrepreneur and currently working on building a natural skin care brand. We've been working on the concept together, and I've funded the first couple rounds of product formulation. I believe her brand has the potential to be a multi-million dollar business within a couple years, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it progresses.

Digital Media Manager, IHOP Glendale, CA // Oct 2019 – present • Agency Management: Oversee multiple brand agencies working on website, email, social media, SEO, + other digital creative. • Other: Leading digital creative production for new "Flip’d by IHOP" QSR restaurant concept / brand.
Account Supervisor, Dailey (Client: Dole Packaged Foods) West Hollywood, CA // Dec 2018 – Aug 2019 • Agency Lead for all digital projects (website, media, social). Works directly with Digital Mktg client and Product Mktg Teams. • Website: Oversee Project Manager, Development Teams, and all website maintenance activities. Major Project: Site Redesign Strategy and Proposal. Other: third party integrations, ADA compliance audit, SEO optimizations, new UX and functionalities.
Account Supervisor, Magnetic Creative (Client: Nexgrill) Temecula, CA // Oct 2017 – Dec 2018 • Leading client relationship and project management for an international appliance manufacturing company. • Strategic Initiatives include: MEDIA planning and execution; EVENT and activation planning and execution; SOCIAL MEDIA content creation and scheduling for IG, FB, YT, and TW that included a complimentary INFLUENCER program; large WEB development projects that include wireframes, copy, design, and development; establishing a foundational EMAIL & CRM program; VIDEO content creation for multiple product lines; establishing a monthly REPORTING structure that includes key analytics and KPI’s; BRAND PARTNERSHIPS with Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL), and American Cornhole League (ACL).
Sr. Digital Account Executive, The Garage Team Mazda Costa Mesa, CA // Aug[redacted]Oct 2017 • Mazda Digital Display OLA: partner with MNAO to fulfill requests for custom sets of new vehicle display advertising. • Custom OLA: update custom creative for endemic media partner sites like Edmunds and KBB. Also work with the Production Team to build more complex ad units like the VDX Unit, and an HTML5 YouTube Masthead. • Web/Other: crafted strategy and calendar for MazdaUSA.com homepage; acting lead on all digital aspects of SXSW sponsorship (landing pages, display media, media partnerships); worked with SEO Team to produce copy and assets for GDN. • Work cross-departmentally with Media, Production, Creative, Retail, Brand, Experiential, Strategy, PR, Tech and Analytics on other projects and campaigns (Mazda Drive For Good, Jalopnik Film Fest, and all-new vehicle launches). Digital Program Manager (Client: Toyota and Scion) Aliso Viejo, CA // May 2013 – July 2015 • Managed the TDDS Dealer Website Program: Collected ad campaign assets from national and regional agencies on a monthly basis, and distributed them to certified website providers. Built web traffic reports for regional and national clients. • Managed 24 vendors and dealers in a Pilot Program for a new ad serving technology. • Acted as a resource for Toyota Regional and District eCommerce Managers and advised them on digital strategy. • Continually collaborated with digital marketing clients and stakeholders to strengthen client relationship, add value to current contracts and SOWs, and always looking for ways to grow the Dealer Website Program ($4.1M business).
