Internship programme (portfolio companies and search funds)

We are launching an internship programme for MBAs with the double goal of: 1) help our partners recruit top interns for their companies / search funds, 2) offer upcoming entrepreneurs an invaluable experience in the search fund ecosystem. Istria has ~15 companies and ~40 active search funds in its portfolio. Typical roles in companies could be leading strategic projects (market entry, LTV model, M&A, process improvement, etc.) or acting as right-hand man to the CEO on the day-to-day business. At the search stage, it may be industry research, deal flow analysis or commercial due diligence. Lots of flexibility in terms of location, start date, duration, etc. This is an ongoing programme as Istria's portfolio keeps growing.
