Work Directly with a Self-Funded CEO
The Opportunity
Most internships teach you how to manage spreadsheets or file reports. This internship teaches you the single most valuable skill in the world: The ability to influence people.
Business, regardless of the industry, is a human endeavor. You can be a master of numbers, but if you cannot connect with others, read a room, or adjust your demeanor to build trust, your ceiling will always be limited. We are looking for an ambitious intern to join us in scaling a growing company while learning the high-stakes world of sales directly from a top-tier industry leader.
About the CEO: Salvador Herrera
To understand this role, you have to understand the path of the person leading it. Salvador Herrera did not take the traditional route to the C-suite. He built his success on a foundation of human psychology and relentless grit.
• Top Performer: Salvador rose to become the #1 top-selling medical executive in the United States.
• The "Impossible" Deal: He successfully closed a major, self-funded acquisition with no business background, no mentorship, and no outside help.
• The X-Factor: His success was driven by one thing—his ability to build rapport with anyone. From high-powered attorneys, bankers, and CPAs to sellers from all walks of life, Salvador mastered the art of being a "social chameleon."
Now, he is opening his playbook to a protégé who wants to learn how to bridge the gap between empathy and execution.
Your Mission
Your primary focus will be sales outreach to home builders. You will be the front line of our expansion, identifying key players and initiating the relationships that will allow this company to scale.
What You Will Learn:
• The Art of Persuasion: Specific sales techniques used to lead national markets.
• High-Level Rapport: How to communicate effectively with both blue-collar builders and white-collar executives.
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Tapping into your empathetic side to build genuine trust and "read the room."
• The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Seeing firsthand what it takes to run a self-funded company without a corporate safety net.
Who You Are
• A Student of People: You are fascinated by why people say "yes" and want to master "soft skills."
• Ambitious & Resilient: You don’t want a passive role; you want to be in the driver’s seat.
• Coachable: You can take direct, "real-world" feedback from a high-performer and apply it immediately.
• Communicative: You understand that how you say something is often more important than what you say.
Why This Role?
The skills you master here are universal. Whether you eventually pursue finance, medicine, law, or tech, the ability to sell is the ability to succeed. You will leave this internship with a toolkit that will make you a formidable force in any field you choose.
