Firm Overview: We are an acquisition holding company that buys great companies and helps build them for the long-term. Our team is comprised of experienced M&A professionals that have also worked as operating executives, private equity investors, and investment bankers. This team composition provides a unique perspective focused not only on identifying and acquiring great companies, but also on operating and growing them.

Position Overview: This internship will provide daily interaction with our team and hands-on acquisitions experience. For students interested in Investment Banking or Private Equity, this position is highly relevant because the day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and tracking acquisition opportunities, then being a key stakeholder in the financial due diligence process; seeing acquisition(s) from start-to-finish. We also anticipate there will be opportunities to interact with Executives that are interested in joining our Operating Partner network. This position will start as a summer internship then extend through the academic school year as a part-time, paid internship.

Candidate Qualifications: We are looking for an individual that is genuinely interested in M&A and is looking to start a Search Fund or work in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting post-graduation. Our goal is for this internship to provide a solid foundation to effectively pursue a career in those fields. Interested candidates should also meet the following requirements:

• A successful Acquisitions Analyst is assertive and self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and is detail oriented.

• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Working towards a degree in finance and/or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
