We have ongoing needs for multiple interns. We support operator-led deals, which include deals generated by searchers we sponsor as well as deals sourced by searchers we have not sponsored. Sample activities for interns include,

• Identify potential acquisition for A111 • Summarize investment memorandums • Identify and market to relevant intermediaries • Screen and track investment pipelines • Fill and manage A111 deal database by building lists of intermediaries, sponsors, companies and investors • Manage contact, deal, and organization information • Support deal valuation by performing industry and financial analysis • Support industry research and competitive landscaping • Manage small marketing projects • Develop collateral • Improve digital presence and systems
