We are looking for a part-time college interns to source and evaluate lower-middle-market businesses. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly on live deal flow and gain exposure across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. Sample intern responsibilities include: - Identifying potential acquisition targets - Summarizing investment memorandums and deal materials - Identifying and marketing to relevant intermediaries - Screening, tracking, and managing investment pipelines - Building and maintaining the deal database (intermediaries, sponsors, companies, investors) - Managing contact, deal, and organization information - Supporting deal valuation through industry and financial analysis - Conducting industry research and competitive landscaping - Managing small marketing projects and developing collateral Who this is for: - Current undergraduates or recent graduates interested in ETA, search funds, PE, IB, consulting, or operating roles - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Self-starters who want real responsibility (not busy work) Details: - Part-time, remote - Flexible hours - Unpaid or modest stipend (open to discussion) - High exposure to real acquisition work and decision-making If interested, please DM me or e-mail redacted with a short intro, resume, and a brief note on why you’re interested in search investing.
