Is anyone getting help from undergrads or MBA students for their search? If yes, what tasks are you assigning them?

One of my interns recently got 2 IB internships, one at Citi, based on the role. The other interns all got different banking internships after mine. They can take on more than you think if you build culture, have them document processes, and treat them like a real analyst team. Just some of the things they can do: 1. modeling 2. initial broker email with template 3. looking at listings 4. reviewing listings 5. doing DSCR calculations 6. basically anything that does not physically require you to do it, write down the steps and give it to an intern who is interested in learning that skill. 6. onboarding other interns 7. peer review

I'm using an intern from the Data Analytics graduate program at SMU, not for search but to support improvements in a new acquisition. She is mainly working in Excel, creating automated tools and creating and manipulating data. For example, she created a vendor scorecard that pulls data from multiple sources and a tool that tells an employee the best vendor to use based on their published pricing, area of service, and duration of service needed. She has also created a lot of data that we needed for our ERP implementation,
