International Visa Holders (Non-US Citizen) Who Close Lower Market Deal

Hi Searchers,

I went under LOI for a $2.3M deal in Georgia but due to the non-US citizenship, it appears to be a probably when taking the SBA loan. I appreciate any advise from people who were in the same situation or had similar experience and how you closed the deal.
