International Acquisition of an Australian Company

Has anyone acquired an Australian company? I know I can not use SBA funds. They are headquartered in Australia, have manufacturing in the Far East, and sell most of their products in the US market. They have good 3-year financials and have been in business for more than 10 years. I am looking for financing options for a company like this. Any assistance is appreciated.
