Hi all, as a college student, I wanted to know what employers look for in their internship applicants. How important are the technical skills of an applicant, if at all. Does the school or major matter much to you?

We do offer internship to college students and from that experience, they go into getting a job that's can be entry-level or high paying job. It all depends on how someone is willing to learn and take on. You can check out our website https://www.internseat.com/internships and feel free to reach out if you have any question.

Here is generally the hierarchy (for entry-level jobs/internships): relevant experience, demonstrated interest, school/major/GPA, and lastly, extracurriculars and leadership. The most selective opportunities can select people who excel in all of these.
