Intern needed

I'm looking for an intern to help me identify targeted acquisitions...companies in the wide format graphics industry doing fleet, windows, walls and floors. We successfully did one at the end of 2024 and would like to make two additional acquisitions inredactedRevenue anywhere from $1M-$4M

That’s a great question, ^redacted‌ It depends on everyone's perspective and current situation. Keep in mind that onboarding interns will "cost" you. Therefore I see it as a give & take relationship that may or may not grow in the future. Most interns move on. At the moment, we don’t offer a direct cash bonus to interns for sourcing an acquisition. Instead, the core incentive is developmental: they get hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and structuring deals, which is incredibly valuable for anyone interested in entrepreneurship through acquisition, investing, or operating. My aim is for the internship to be a real stepping stone - something they can point to as concrete experience with live deals and serious owners. That said, if an intern plays a standout role in a successful acquisition, I’m very open to exploring additional ways to recognize and reward that contribution.
