Intern – Executive Office

About the Role: As an Intern in the Executive Office at NCA SF067 LLC, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in identifying, acquiring, and managing promising businesses. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, business acquisitions, and management, all while being exposed to the workings of the industrial and services sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and Analysis: • Assist in researching potential businesses to acquire, understanding their operations, market position, and growth potential. • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for the CEO based on collected data. 2. Evaluation Assistance: • Help in gathering data for due diligence processes. • Assist in coordinating with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals as needed. 3. Acquisition Support: • Aid in the administrative aspects of the acquisition process. • Assist in ensuring a smooth transition and integration of acquired businesses. 4. Operational Support: • Help the CEO in daily operational tasks and in executing strategic initiatives. • Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups on action items. 5. Investor Relations Assistance: • Support the preparation of materials for investor updates and communications. • Help maintain records and coordinate investor relations events or meetings. Qualifications: 1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program, preferably in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. If still in college, you need to at least be in Junior year. 2. Strong research and analytical skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 6. A keen interest in corporate strategy, acquisitions, and business management.
