Great to see these comments. Haim fyi, it is free to register and get on the platform. You can browse all the deals based on your exact criteria. You can also setup a deal alerts to be notified of deals that match your criteria via email. You only pay when you want to see the intermediary contact information. You have a choice of paying as you go or become an unlimited unlocking member. There is no contract and the subscription is month to month based. Let me if you have any questions

It's a good aggregator. They do post a good amount of daily deal flow and is helpful in identifying other brokers/intermediaries.
