Interested to explore co-investment opportunities with other searchers or search funds mostly in the US, Just starting to explore the search space but I have more than 15 years of acquisition experience in the Private Equity space.

Are you looking for searchers that would invest in a business you would run or setting up a fund dedicated to providing equity to other Searchers? I'd be interested in the latter, specifically something focused on self-funded searchers looking at smaller deals. But I need to close my pending deal first and re-build some personal equity!

I discussed this earlier this year with a searcher here in Dallas. I know it is something he is looking into doing as well.

`Thank you for clarifying it Jim. The idea is to co-invest, pool capital and depending on the profile of the other investors/operators discuss the level of operational involvement from my end.
